How to deform the curves without moving the curves along with the sphere?

curve bend along sphere movement.blend (1.1 MB)

I like to get the effect of the curves hugging the sphere as it moves inside the curves.
But in my practice, the curves are moving along with the sphere so the blob the curves create not match the sphere in the space.

I am looking for tips or ideas to make it.

Hi there!

I think simply Subtracting the Translation vector would do the trick, since it seems to offset the whole thing at the same time:
