I have a downloaded a free wolf object. Filetype was .OBJ. I got it to Blender and tried to check right textures for it. But is there a way to delete 3DS MAX hair particles (I think it have to be those) from object. Tried L-key in edit mode, but it takes only one by one and it is very difficult and slow…
Instead of selecting the hair planes, use the L key to select the main body, then invert the selection.
Or you could use this method…Select all and enter EditMode…then deselect all…
Now, look at the Materials and see what is in there…there should be one just for the hair … Under the Material List…there is assign>select>deselect
Use SELECT and then X to Delete Faces OR you could use P and choose Selected so that you can Hide them in the 3d view if you might ever want to use them again…
Used select on all materials for hair … and as you can see it selects all of them…
