How To Do Not duplicate renders to [tmp] folder? And use File Output in compositor only?

In post processing settings pipeline Sequencer is off.
So, despite on settings Blender duplicates renders to “tmp” and “File Output” folders.
How to switch this option of?

Not 100% but it looks like this works: Delete everything from the text box for file output and delete the composite node.

UPD: it ruins console render completely - permission denied, it tying to save an image to nowhere. Fk.

Found this: Use the output as one of your outputs.

Unfortunatelly it renders to /tmp\ folder anyway, if this field is empty console rendering stops with an error.

Where is the /tmp\ path set?
