How to even out my Edges?

I found advise saying to use LoopTools/Space, but it does not even out my edges :frowning:
Could it be because I am not selecting actual “loops”?

These are the steps I am following:

1. Select the edges I need to even out.
2. In LoopTools/Space, I switch to "Parallel". I have tried "Selected" too.
3. Click on the Space button from LoopTools

Nothing happens really.

need to select one row by row
then use spacing in looptool !
