How to export Maya file to Blender

Hi, I’m new to 3D modelling and using Blender and, I’m also taking a course in 3D modelling using Maya. How do you export a Maya file to Blender ,or a Blender file to Maya.

Most common method would be exporting and importing wavefront object format.

Thats my problem, I don’t no how to do that.

Well, I can’t tell you about Maya, but in Blender, it is File…Export(or import)…Wavefron(obj).
