How to fade out an Alpha-image plane

Okay, I need help with this.

How would I go about fading out a plane, which has an alpha texture already on it (mapped to Blender Mats.) Basically from alpha 100% to Alpha 0%?

Please help, it’s a very frustrating problem! Thanks!


you used be able to set keys in an IPO for the alpha channel then hook up an IPO actuator… but it would only work if you had an image with an alpha mapped to your… doesn’t seem to work at all in the apricot versions?

That doesn’t work in apricot with GLSL rendering. It works in any other mode though.
