How to fill this ring easy?

hi,

i have this mesh ring. when i click “f” it fills the whole round outer surface.

how can i get it to fill only the ring? convert back to curve …and then?

Select all those edges in edit mode, RMB and Bridge Edge Loops

cool, thanks sergey , with “looptools” bridge it does not work, but with bridge edge loops perfectly
