How to fix displacement modifier array cracks

So I have this road… its a single ‘roadblock’ , with a curve modifier added for the shape. And a array to fill the curve with the block

This works perfect, but when I add a displacement modifier to give the road some bumps… the roadblocks in the array dont merge properly anymore (i have merge turned on) and im seeing some cracks between the blokcs

I have tried adding a subsurf to the roadblocks…but that only helps a small bit…

how can I fix this?

Set mid level in the displacement modifier to 0, and place the displacement modifier at last.
