How to FORCE the limit! ??

Hi im new to riging animation and that things, but i would like to improve.
I have a mesh, bones, whigt painted all that things and now
i added local limits to every bone, all are rotation limits, and after that i have
disconnected the left foot, to use another controll for it,
all worked finr TILL, i added the IK solver to it, ofc i have disconnected the controller
so it works all when i move the controller around, the foot is there and the lowerleg points
to it… But the limits dont apply, they simply ignored oO?
Here some pics, i would “kill” for some help ^^.

Posting the .blend file would help if you don’t mind

i dont mind, posting the blend, but im currently not at home, but the pic is clear i hope.
btw, its the BsoD from blender main page. But the problem does not apear there, because they set no limitations.

that kind of deform is sometimes due to a circular relationship. Check your console for warnings.

untitled2.blend (547 KB)

why can’t you just think outside the box and ignore limits ?

It would be only a wayaround, but it would not help me in getting it to work.
when there are limits , then its easier for me to animate, because when moving the character around, it can not twist and do like it wants, it has to do like the limits allow.

btw, what is the point of limits if they dont work??

P.S: please someone help me ^^
