i saw the “cube map demo” thread, but seems to not use normalmap textures for refraction effect.
i want to apply to a plane a refraction effect with a normalmap texture. we can do it?
if the answer is yes, we can use this effect in the current Game Engine contest?
i recently updated CubeMap demo… now it has normal map distortion effect also.
But the refraction/reflection is just a pre-Baked texture, so it wont really look good on dynamic object, you could take a look at Videotexture as it renders a txture from specified camera.
