I’ve been experiementing with the cell fracture modifier and would like to add it to my VFX toolbox, say for smashing a hole in a wall. I know how to use camera projections apply that as a texture, but what I’d really like to do is get something like this, where my projected texture could be the brownish outside and I could use something else for the green. The only way I can think of currently is to manually go through and set textures for all the faces of the geometry I create during the destruction process. Is there a faster way to do this?
