How do i make a part of my scene to look like it’s underwater?
Search on Youtube, youu will find tutorials.
Dear LBJ you can add volumetrics to fake the under water effect and some particles to fake the bubbles rising,
other than that you have to model underwater creatures and plants(like coral reefs etc.) so that it looks real that it is underwater scene.
