How to Import materials?

I’m new to Blender, may I ask how to import these free materials?

If you install the blender kit addon in blender itself, you should be able to go to the material tab in the addon, search what you want, and then just drag the material onto your object.

I don’t know if you can import them without installing blenderkit.
