How to keep modifiers in set position of modifier stack, !Smooth by Angle and Weighted normals

I don’t know if there is any way to keep the modifiers stuck at the bottom of the stack when adding new modifiers. I have to keep re-adding them to get them to the bottom if I’m
not doing it manually and its very annoying

Since you are already usin 4.2 … they introduced a Pin to Last option…
