How to made that junction ( hole )

Hello, I would like to know how make a great round hole to cut that part into the anotherone.

Thanks a lottest.blend (621 KB)

This video will teach you how to use the boolean modifier.

You essential take one object and use it to cut into another. In your case you would press shift A and pick the appropriate shape for the hole you want.

Just a couple of things though. This will cut into a surface/s but not make a clear hole. You will need to delete vertices to make a hole rather than indent. Also if you want the the round hole to have a smooth border you should set the object to smooth shading. If you still want to maintain sharpe edges on the same object you can add an edge split modifier to the object to maintain sharpe edges with smooth edges and surfaces. Alternatively you can add edge loops near to sharpe corners to maintain the objects shape with smooth shading enabled.

If this does not answer your question post back and try to explain in more detail what you are trying to do.

Ummm…what? Please be a bit clearer with what you are asking.

Boolean modifier is probably easiest method but it doesn’t always have good results. Otherwise you’ll just have to cut in manually.
