How to make a human body? I mean it is nicer to use background images to achieve realism. But where to get them? And how to make poses? If to bent the body, it will be deformed.

To learn how go to the manual in blender and it’ll take you to the wiki. on the left go to the main page from there go to the Blender summer of Documentation, learn everything you need there.
Or you can “cheat” and get them here, if you want to import actual human models. Depends on what you’re after - modeling practice or working meshes.
Modeling practice for me. Any good tuts? Not Joan of Arc, something that goes into detailed muscle structure and stuff.

My advice use some picture reference of a woman body
or if you have your girl get a nice camera
and give her some shoots from left and front of her body
and back
then you have the basics of poly by poly modeling and box modeling with subsurf modifier on
You will just model the half of it then go with mirror modifier
