So, i want to make a metronome, and metronome has kind of ruler thingy on middle. how to make it on blender? i typed “how to make ruler object in blender” and giving me how to enable ruler tool in blender 
You can use decal image made in affinity photo/photoshop or make blender text object with the numbers give them little bit solidify and model the lines normally, both ways takes alot of time since that ruler has alot of numbers and graph.
