I´m making a image called Planet Heaven, and I need outer glow around the planet. Can you help me?
Hi Juuso, is this for an animation or an image? For animations it’s usually more complex, in that you need to have objects that can bounce light off light emitting surfaces for effect to be clear. For an image you can fake by duplicating your planet [Shift D] fattening it up [Alt-S] and changing the material to emmit halo’s - cut the front faces off so it doesn’t outshine the planet. Just one idea…
Another way is to use the Glow effect in the sequencer.
Great Glow Effect video tutorial by Mike Ebb can be found here.

Like what’s visible on the darkside of Earth in this photo? I made this with one vertex in the center of the sphere and gave it a halo effect and increased the halo size until it was visible around the sphere. To get one vertex just create a plane object and delete 3 of the 4 verts. Then snap the vert to the cursor which should be centered on your sphere. I colored the vertex blue. You can make it brighter, but I chose to go with a realistic effect where the light from the sun masks the glow of the atmosphere on the day side.
P.S. This works with stills or movies.
