How to make simple, low poly knot?

Yea, you guessed it, I’m still kinda noob.
I need this knot as a tying for bandana, low poly because I want to import it as an asset into a game.
Is there any smart way to model knot like this?


sculpt, then retopo +UV map and normals bake. perfect for games because it gives a high poly look. a lot to digest for sure, but if you want to do it right, there’s no time like the present to learn.
