How to make the middle segment not looking sharp using curves

Hey guys i’m trying to make a curve that has a bevel object.

i divided it into 3 segments so that i can Alt+S on the middle vertex to give it some thickness expecting the result to be smooth curve

but when i saw the result, why is the middle so sharp instead

How do i fi it? Thanks in advance

The issues seems to lie with the interpolation method for the vertex radii. Standard interpolation method is “linear” which produces the kinks in your picture:

Setting it to something else, e.g. “Spline”, yields smoother results:
