How to make to change UV synchronously with its mesh?

I’ve unwrapped some mesh. And I need to modify those mesh parts which were unwrapped, in the given case change the shape. However, when I try to do it, their connected UV on the map is not modified and therefore the texture pixels start “stretching” on that mesh. Is it possible anyhow to synchronize the changes of the mesh and its UV mesh without repeated unwrapping those parts?
