how to match a mesh with different armature easily?

I already parent a mesh to the armature(form bvh file). If i want this mesh move with another armature movement(another bvh file), but not the original armature. Is there any simplier way to do this but not reassign the vertice to specifc bones.
*The bvh files have same armature name. Only different on movement.

If the bones from the BVH have the same names and if you already have vertex groups assigned to your mesh then it should be a simple matter of unparenting with Alt-P and reparenting to the new BVH armature except you’ll want to select “don’t create named groups” when parenting since you already have them . Or just deleting/adding a new armature modifier with only vertex groups enabled .
