How to merge animations to one rig (action editor)

Hey everyone, currently working in a team and would like to help on animations, is it possible to use the exact rig and mesh have me animate a run cycle and on his copy make the walk. and what i want is to have the walk and run animations be in the action sets on one scene. .

if i worded it weird I’m sorry, i just want to merge two animations from the same rig and mesh that have been animated by two separate copies.


Just link or append actions to your blend file from other blend files. So long at the animated controls/bones have the same names (which they will) there shouldn’t be any problems. Also it may depend on the rig but it probably doesn’t even matter if it’s the same mesh or not.
