How to merge this overlapping faces?

Is there any quick tip or addon for my overlapping faces. With the addon i have made this road And it has created the curve and i have converted to mesh. And i got this overlapping faces. How can i merge or combine this faces and make a solid or single mesh. Any tip or addon or suggestion. Thanks
