How to mimick the Daz feature (Pin Rotation and Translation) of a joint in Blender?

Hi All, I am a Daz enthusiast and have been trying to incorporate Blender in my workflow. I have most of the quirks figured out but does anyone know how to “pin” a joint ? As in I can move the rest of the joints except that one. The pinned joint remains stationary no matter what.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
