does some1 know how to model an Eyebrow?
Provided you have already modeled a head, a nice uv mapped texture would do it. An alternative would be to use static particles or wait for upcoming hair feature (see jahka’s particle build http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=88406). Personally I would go for uv map.

Yea, use particle systems. Either use weight-painting to direct the particles, or just fake it with another mesh. This tutorial (is amazing) shows you somewhat how you do it using the weight-painting method (scroll down to “Hair”). You still might have look some stuff up.
