I want to model an animated spider.
When I render a singe frame, it just shows the body but no legs.
How can I model the thinnest line as legs?
Also, how can I make it animate (moving and scaling body and legs) ?

It looks like your legs are just curves, so they are not going to render unless you give them thickness. Check thinnest line thread for how to do that.
