im finding it really hard to modelll in 3d as when i try to click and hold the moddle mouse button it keeps jumping between programs not rotating thee objrct. please c an you gine me our top tips on how to modell in 3d.

sounds like you have some custom button configurations for your mouse. What computer/mouse/OS are you using?
im using a an infer red mouses with a middle mouse button.
If your infra red mouse is jumping around the screen, then I would advice changing your mousepad. Take one without any fancy drawings as those tend to disturb the working of the mouse (although I didn’t know it could get that bad). A single colored mouse-pad or surface to place your mouse on should work best. If not, I would recommend trying a different mouse or checking the mouse configuration (in the configuration screen).

Please answer my first question: what brand of mouse is it, which operating system are you using (winXP, OS X, Linux, etc), how fast is your computer, and what video card do you have?
