How to move another object

Any ways to move one object instead of two because someone told me to use the box mode which I did, but ended up with dragging two instead of one

If I read your question right, you want to move just one object instead of both? If both objects are moving then you must have both selected. Try selecting one object with RMB, then translate.

Another option is that both models are part of the same object (Which happens if you add a mesh while in edit mode). To make them separate objects, go into edit mode, select one of the objects and press ‘p’ -> ‘selected’.
