How to move the 3d curser to a specific xyz (Cartesian Coordinate) location

I’ve been looking for over an hour on how to do this but to no avail. I want to know how to move the 3d curser to a specific xyz coordinate quickly and easily. Is there a way to simply type in a coordinate? Or is there another way to quickly and accuratly move the 3d curser. I’m sorry if this has been asked before. I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find anything on this. Is this even possible? Many thanks.

Are you using 2.5x ?

If so It is located on the properties shelf, use the N key to display in 3D window. It is towards the bottom of the Properties panel, located in the View category->3D Cursor Location.
There are X,Y,Z adjustments as shown in the attachment.

No, I’m using 2.49

For 2.49, one way to do it is to create Empty, use Transform Properites to locate the Empty at desired coordinate. Now all you do is [Shift] + [S] / Curser to Selection.

The cursor location in 2.4x is under ‘View Properties’. To open that window, go to the ‘View’ menu and click ‘View Properties’

Thanks everyone
