I want to open a curve circle ( c ) but everytime i try i loose the shape of the cirlce , how do i keep the shape while opening it ?
If you mean how the handles spread apart like that, then I’m not too sure how to prevent it ( I think you’d have to play around with some control settings) but to correct it, select the end points of a control point then rotate by 45 (or -45).
Convert the control point type to Align or Free (hotkey H, or open up the Transform Properties window)on both control points of the segment that you want to delete before you delete the segment .
you just have to change the curve to poly line in f9
and then it wont change shape!
