How to pack only certain textures

I want to know if there is a way to pack only certain texture in a file? I know that I can pack all, but I would like to only pack 1 or 2 textures, the rest should stay outside of my file.

That looks like what I’m looking for. I had trouble finding that UI filepath widget they talked about and finally found the option in the image Editor:
