Hi I need to project this circle onto the mesh, from all sides so that it cuts into the mesh and remains part of it.
I am using Blender 4.3 what are my options? how to do it?
Use Boolean modifiers.
If you create a Face in a circle and use the Exact of the Boolean modifier, half of it is deleted along the Face Normal direction.
You can create two objects and delete them half by half.
If you want to adjust the cut in the center, you can move the circle.
Modifications can be made at any time while the modifier is maintained.
