How To Put In Controls For Car On Ge

I need help on adding controls to my car. You know, things like making the car move forward with its body and turn right and left and so on. Remember to make any mention of how to keep the body and the rest in place wit everything when moving.Can someone help out please.
And if its possible, please make mention of any good tutorials for this.

This package is great. But do you know of a nicely put out tutorial to help on this so that I can see specificaly and without confusion to what paths have to be taken to add in these controls, either armature or the way in which was done on the file you passed on.
