How to remove any link to original linked file ?

Hello, can someone tell me how I can remove the link that causes the group GFille to still exists in this model ?
I know there’s a group named GFille with a mesh inside and maybe and armature too.
However I deleted everything, I don’t see anything in the Outliner but the file is 4Mo !

Is there a “super outliner” where we can see evertyhing ?

Change your outliner to group. Right click the group and unlink. Save file.
