I have created a curved backdrop and given it a very reflective material but where the backdrop bends there is an abrupt transition. I realize this is realistic but is there a trick to getting rid of it so there is no harsh transition?

I don’t envy future users who by using the forum search function arrive at this thread looking for a solution to the same problem only to be kicked in the teeth knowing there is a solution but it’s still out of reach.
At least you didn’t say “I’ve figured out a solution, can the mods delete this thread”. These threads are here to help future users just as much as those here and now.
Ok, sorry I didn’t know I was doing something wrong so I will explain the solution I found. I deleted the curved backdrop and then set the background color to white. Problem fixed. There now others can be helped by this thread too!
