how to render each layer seperately with nodes...

Hello

I have 10 little animations that I need to animate in one row… I mean so that I dont have to manually
start the 2nd rendering when the first is done etc…

I know how to do this if I put the 10 animations in 10 different scenes, because then I can just add 10 x a render layer node an output node and a composite node. In each render node I specify the scene name…

Well! what I would like to do instead, is to have my 10 animations in the SAME scene but in 10 different layers!
It means that I need the 10 layers to render seperately!

Is that possible???

I tried using a file node to each of the render layers, making sure to share the light and camera to both of my render layers. I unfortunately still had discoloration where they were intersecting in 3d space.
