How to render smoke into cycles

I have this issue where I have my Cycles scene in one scene and my blender render (with the smoke) in another. I render them and they render fine.

My problem is when I try and add the two scenes together the smoke will be visable in the compositing through other objects and I cannot figure out or research a way to make smoke only visable from certain angles. I will attach an image to what I am talking about.

How do I make smoke visable, dynamic to the location of the camera, whilst also using cycles for my overall compositing?
