Let me start off by saying, I donāt use rigify, but I have toyed with it a bit.
I think your problem is with how you adjusted the meta rig to fit your character. Look at your 2nd screenshot, at the upper left leg, notice how the tail of that bone is offset from the tip of the hip bone? Look at the upper right leg bone and how itās connected to the hip bone. I think thatās the problem.
Iāve seen that error before, and I think itās caused by moving the tail of one bone without moving the tip of the bone itās connected to. You have to move both the tail of one bone and the tip of the other bone together.
Try this in your second screenshot file - select the tip of the left hip bone, then shift S ā cursor to selected. Then select the tail of the left upper leg bone and shift - S ā selection to cursor. I think that should correct the ādisjointā problem and you will be able to generate the rig.
If this doesnāt work, post up the .blend file.

when i generate the rig now its smaller than the character is it normal ? and i should scale em same as the character right ?

No, the generated rig should be exactly the same size as the metarig. Thatās what the metarig is for, size it to your character, then generate the real rig and it will match the size of the metarig. I can see what looks to be the metarig in your screenshot, so I donāt know why the generated one is smaller.
I tried to download your file to look at it, but I need a dropbox account to be able to get the file. I think most users around here use https://wetransfer.com/ to share files. If you have an android device (phone) then there is a google drive account for that device that you could use too.
Solve one problem at a time, letās get the rig generation to work first.

This is normal, they are different elements for IK and FK, FK is disabled by default
Just select your meta-rig and make sure its scale value is ā1ā, if not Ctrl+A on the rig and apply scale (In object mode)

Try applying scale to your metarig.
And your drive link is set to need to ask permission to download. If you switch it to āanyone with linkā itās going to be easier for people to look at it.

But to help out, you could look at a previously made riggify metarig straight out of the box.
Dont forget to update your bone data.
I have used riggify for a while and have solved most of these problems, some required weight painting.
