How to rotate a galaxy (particle system)

Hey guys, wassup?
I`m need some help with Blender before trying to jump out of the window.
I’m having two problems with one particular animation. The major problem is with animation, and the another problem is with the render farm.
Since the major problem is with the animation, I decided to post on the animation forum.

Here is the scenario. I’m rendering a galaxy made of a particle system. Its on Dome master format, so it need to be rendered in cycles, because Blender Internal does not support Fisheye cameras.

The idea is to have this galaxy spinning and the camera move up. I’ve tried to rotate the galaxy. I’ve tried to rotate the camera It works all fine and dandy on the viewport, but it does not rotate well after rendered.

If I render some still frames, it does rotate, but it won’t work if I render the whole animation. (here is the video)

The other problem, and you can see in the video, is related to teh render far. For some reason, one machine is not rendering the frames correctly.
I had the same problem while rendering a car animation. I had a 3D text, and the text changed sizes on some frames.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys.
