How to scale texture UVs

Ive modelled a castle wall with a buttress on top. This needs to be exported via X to my game. Problem im having is i need to know how to scale and shift the uvs to align the textures. Because its a simple cubemap i dont want to have to go vertex pulling in the vertex editor, i simply want to scale the uvs so they look right and export it. I want to reuse the texture (repeats) on the mesh as i dont want to uvmap the whole thing to parts of an imageas it will be bluury
