How to sculpt without intersecting other objects?

So I have a simple half sphere inside of a bowl made out of another half sphere + the solidify modifer. While the half sphere remains with the Z axis pointed straight up, the bowl is tilted slightly, I’m trying to make the “contents” or the half sphere inside of the bowl spill over the edge of the bowl.

My issue is, I don’t want to intersect with the inner wall of the bowl, as it’s going to be glass.

You may wanna look at the mask brush. So you sculpt only on the outer surface?
