i’m trying out masking in sculpt mode, and the problem i have currently is that I don’t see any mask on my model. The overlay to display the mask is active
I also do have a non-empty mask, because I can do mask > Mask Extract operation and it will extract geometry that I masked previously. I just can’t see it.
Blender 3.0, Win 10, gtx 1060
Do you have modifiers on the sculpt? Maybe something that generates geometry, like Mirror?
I do have some modifiers on the mesh, i tried to apply them all, and it didn’t change much. Still don’t see the mask
toggle X-Ray? button at right from viewport Overlays
Im pretty sure i flipped that switch couple of times trying to see if i can get this to work
PS well NOW it works… hmm…
