How to select frame range by typing the frame range?

Hi,

I’m working with a long mocap scene where every frame has a key, so its a bit tricky to select the keyframes.

Is there a way I can select frame range by typing? Currently, I need to box select them, which is a hit and miss.

Thank you for looking at my problem.

Are you just using the timeline to select the keyframes or are you using the dope sheet to select?

Hi @FlyingBanana

Thanks for the response. I tried both but correct me if I’m wrong, both have no option to select frame range by typing the frame range.

Is there a way around this?

To be honest I am not sure if there is a frame range selection for keyframes. I am curious as well as you state, selecting something that has a ton of keyframes in it but you only need a select chunk would get to be a pain in the butt. I am sure there is a way but being I don’t do animation that much much less animation with that many keyframed positions I have just made due with selecting.

No worries @FlyingBanana . Hopefully someone with the same problem chimes in.

Thanks again for the response!
