How to set Blender to use all of my 64 GB memory?

Hello guys,
please where I have to set the blender to use all of my 64GB?
In the Sequencer Cache limit?
Can i set to 0 is zero unlimited?

am not totally sure of blender internal mem limit but on a 64bits system ( whatever it is ) no doubt it will use all the mem it needs ^^
