How to set up photoshop for fixing normal maps?

Hi!
I’ve had a problem with my normal map (it had a few “wrong” pixels that caused black dots on my model, while i was painting it and adding roughness map), so I’ve tried to fix it. Well, it indeed fixed black dots, but now some faces of my model turned grey (others are white). I guess something wrong with color profile I’m using.
So I was wondering if someone has a good tutorial on this or can share their color profile

Could you show an image of the normal map, and the problem it causes?
It’s a little hard to tell without being able to see what it’s doing.

And be sure to have no overlapping UV’s.
