How to setup a material with a texture and emission as to mimic a TV screen with Eevee?

I have tried many things but I am not a master at Material nodes :frowning:

Gray/dark Principled with rough glossy for the inside, topcoat activated to simulate the glass, and something into the Emission for the picture. You can of course go absolutely nuts, but no point without anything specified.

Might be all I need. After all this is for a Non-Realistic animation, kind of cartoonish.
