How to solve the uv problem

This is skatch fab 3d model.I am unwrap 3d model. But UV map was problem.seems also using but problem not fix.

In UV Editing tab, hit “U” and choose “Smart UV Proejct” or “Cylinder Projection”.

I tryed. But Problem not solved. Sketch fab 3d models problem

Oh, yeah, sorry, didn’t notice it.

Seems like the tapology of that object is corrupted. Well, if you have tried all of UV unwrapping methods and it didn’t work out, I think, the best way would be is to find a different model or the same but with correct topology.

You could try to do something like this:

See it , how to do that. The problem was saparate vertex on the uv map

Yeah, I see it. I think, the best choise would be is to find a model with correct topology rather than fixing this one.

Isn’t that a 3D scanned model?
With those re-topology is the only way to go…and then baking the old texture to the new.

Looks like a CAD model.

If you want to unwrap it to paint or texturize (accuracy is not crucial then):
With such a model, as a general procedure, Merging vertices by distance or Decimating the mesh (while trying not to loose much quality) makes thing easier for unwrapping.

Also, try to separate parts with seams, marking the sharp edges and following the straight boolean cuts (as if you were planning to make a papercut model).

Hope this helps.

how to get perfect uv in the 3D model.

Point me to the model on Sketchfab and I will take a look at it…and then see if I can get you something better than what you have shown…and explain it.

Check what vertice are welded. If not - merge anything which would make sense. When maker seams and unwrap.
