If I create a splitview how do I sync the movement in one view with the other without using quadview sync option? For example if I split view into left and right and I rotate object on the left side I want it to also rotate in viewport on the right side or to be in sync with one another.
Quad view is the only way to have several views synchronized as far as I know, apart from scripting it.

You could always try adding a camera, and checking “lock camera to view”. Then go into camera view in both sides and the movement should be the same for both.
