As for example, say that I would have a typical scene setup like this.
Now I want to take these elements, arrange them in 2D order, and render everything.
Things I have tried so far:
- For each of the elements, drop it to world origin (0,0,0), render a scene, repeat.
- Arrange all of the elements manually by hand, carefully placed so that they fit a grid (as displayed in the compositor). Render everything at once.
- So perhaps the second solution is better because it saves one additional step, using a third party tilemap software.
First time I am using a workflow like this, no experience at all. So any feedback is really helpful.
